Our Ideals
The Elks organization is built on four core ideals that guide everything we do: Charity, Justice, Brotherly Love, and Fidelity. These ideals are at the heart of our mission to serve our communities and make a positive impact in the world.
Charity
Charity is the first and most important ideal of the Elks. Through fundraising and volunteer efforts, we support a wide range of charitable causes, from providing scholarships to local students to supporting veterans and their families.
Justice
Justice is another key ideal of the Elks. We believe in upholding the law and working to make our communities safer and more just. Our members are committed to supporting law enforcement and promoting respect for the rule of law.
Brotherly Love and Fidelity
Brotherly Love and Fidelity are the final two ideals of the Elks. We believe in building strong bonds of friendship and mutual support among our members. We also believe in the importance of faithfulness and commitment to our families, our communities, and our country.
